Without Shoes

Have you ever considered what it would be like to go without shoes? I personally run around barefoot all the time. By choice. I have a couple dozen pair of shoes in my closet that at any time I can grab and run out the door with.

There are a lot of people in this world who don't have one pair. Not one pair. This can spread disease, cause cuts and infections and inhibit many activities. Consider what your life would be like without shoes.

TOMS brand shoes and Compassion International are trying to change that. April 5, 2011 is the day they have set aside to go shoeless to raise awareness.

Please go to their website to find out more and what you can do raise awareness too.

I love being barefoot! But I haven't thought of it this way before now. Very sad. Thanks for bringing this subject to light :)

Thank you for stopping by my blog, Sweet Blessings! Hope you'll come back by sometime.

I enjoy being barefoot in warmer times, but do not like cold toes! :) My husband has Toms and loves them!

Your title, Blah Blah Blogging made me giggle! My husband says blog that way. lol.

Blessings!
