My aching back

So recently I have been telling the peanut I can't pick her up as often because my back has been hurting. Totally true as I have normal backpain and with the added pull from my big ole belly, it's not good to be lifting this extra 25 lb. kiddo. Still, I do, as she is short and needs to be lifted for some things.

Anyway, she has been wanting more and more to do things on her own lately. "I do it by self Mommy", is what I hear all the live long day. Particularly to get out of my car, which sits pretty high, so I still stand nearby.

Well today, I was in a bit of a hurry to get her out and in the house when I began picking her up. She replied, "I do it by self Mommy...your back hurt." Oh, she kills me!! :)

What a sweet little reminder! LOL
I'm glad you're going to join in on the craft thing. They'll be easy crafts - and if you want to skip a week or two or 40, that's fine! LOL

So precious, Amy! Gosh, only 25 pounds? Noah was around 32 when I was pregnant and I always had to sit down before he was ever on me lol oh how I miss those days!

That is so sweet and cute and funny... perfect! As for your back... do you go to a chiropractor? I had absolutely no back pain with Liv because I went weekly to one... I remember thinking "what's this back pain everyone whines about?" When I had Gary boy I couldn't afford one & then I learned... so my advice, if you aren't and can I'd recommend a chiropractor!

Hi Amy, I love the words kids can come up with in their conversations with us..Your peanut is a doll ... I love to be around my grands and hate to miss the daily things that they do and say..My daughters always waited until their babies were born for us to know the sex...they liked the surprise!!!

When are you due with your baby?? I bet peanut will be a little mommy with her baby sister or brother..buy her a baby doll with a baby bottle and give it to her when the baby is born...so she can feed her doll, when you feed the new baby.

Take care .... hugs, Baba
